Ktunaxa Archives 

Our Ktunaxa archive began in 1997 and has grown ever since. Today, it stores two kinds of records,

1. Ktunaxa Nation Council (KNC) Corporate Records 
2. Ktunaxa Records

1. KNC Corporate Records
These are records with legal, financial or administrative value for the KNC. All organizations must keep these types of records and the KNC Archive stores these records in a secure environment. 

2. Ktunaxa Records
These records include photographs, maps, journals, objects, prints, photographic negatives, film, sound recordings and digital media about us and ʔamakʔis Ktunaxa.

We are continually digitizing our records.

This will make it easy to catalogue and retrieve records as our archive grows.
